Cycles are a tool and should not be used to the exclusion of other tools. There is always the possibility (high probability long term) that the data will be misinterpreted or a relevant fact over looked. So use cycles to check your analysis, not as the only reason to make a decision. Interpretation is the opinion of the author and may be incorrect and should be viewed in that light.

outlook week of July 21, 2019
10 week cycle topped as 5 week cycle bottomed and turned up (along with uptrend for 20 week cycle). 2 cycles up (mo up should win next 2-5 days).
Thank you very much for the update. We will see how it develop in the next few weeks, definitely need to be cautious at the moment.
