August 2018 outlook

For swing trading focus on shorter cycles  of 5 weeks or less.   If you focus on 3-5 stocks with different cycle periods  you may get 3-5 trades per month.   Like this example with 5 week cycles:

Appears market should advance thru mid August and pull bac last half of August.

For day trading you will want short cycle periods of say 8 Hours +/-2 hours.  Like this example:
